DiskCheckup

PassMark DiskCheckup is a hard drive monitoring tool with can monitor the attributes of a SMART hard drive. It can detect long-term drive failure helping estimate the remaining lifetime of a hard drive. A standard feature of DiskCheckup is the output of basic drive information like the drive geomentry, the serial number of the hard drive, the model number and other supported features of the hard drive. It can support SeaGate, Western Digital, Fujitsu, Hitatchi and Maxtor.

Note that SMART attributes change slowly over time and are helpful attempts to diagnose the life span of a particular drive. DiskCheckup monitors these changes over a long period and predict the date (if available) of the Threshold Exceed Condition (TEC), which is displayed on the main window.

DiskCheckup also monitors the drives' spin up time, the amount of starting and stopping of the drive and more.

This version supports all modern Windows versions including Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit.

DiskCheckup is licensed as Freeware for Windows (32-bit and 64-bit) operating system / platform from hard drive software without restrictions. DiskCheckup 3.0.1005 is available to all software users as a free download (Freeware).
